We apply to our own personal information the rules we build into our clients' agents. Here is what this site collects, why, and your rights under Law 25.

What we collect
The information you enter in the assessment form: name, work email, company, job title, size, industry, target process and timeline. Anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, clicks, browser type), without cookies. If you accept cookies, your journey across visits, a recording of your session with form fields masked, and the ad campaign that brought you here.
Why
To answer your request, schedule and prepare the assessment, improve this site and, with your consent to cookies, measure how well our ads perform. We never sell or rent your information.
Who has access
Our team, our customer relationship software (HubSpot), our analytics tool (PostHog) and, if you accept cookies, Meta for ad measurement. These providers may store information outside Québec; we assessed their safeguards before choosing them.
Cookies
Cookies are off by default: analytics and advertising cookies only turn on with your consent. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
Retention
We keep your information while we are in contact with you, then for at most three years after the last exchange, before destroying or anonymizing it.
Your rights
